Robin has dedicated many years to teaching and empowering individuals to make positive changes for better health and well-being. Over the past four years, her passion for holistic wellness has led her to specialize in teaching yoga and Ayurveda, blending these ancient practices to promote overall harmony and balance.

As an Ayurvedic nutritionist and yoga instructor, Robin integrates the principles of Ayurveda with the physical and spiritual practices of yoga. She believes that understanding the interconnectedness of these disciplines is key to achieving optimal health. Robin guides her students through the five elements of Ayurveda—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—and explains how they influence the mind, body, and spirit. Through her teachings, students learn to harness the power of Ayurvedic principles to harmonize their hormones and enhance their overall well-being.
