After surviving an accident caused by overworking, burnout and lack of boundaries, yoga taught me how to nurture myself and break through limiting beliefs that were the basis of my stress and anxiety.
Thanks to these lessons, I became a certified 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher that incorporates tarot, mindfulness, and holistic wellness to help you care for your entire body. In my classes, my goal is to nurture a safe space of healing and acceptance through breath work, meditation, and mindful yoga sequencing. Looking forward to connecting with you in class soon.
