Join us on Fridays for a special emphasis on exploring diverse Yoga philosophy themes each week, balancing self-study with gentle movement to create a comprehensive mind-body experience. Each Friday class will be divided between a 10-minute sequence, a short Yoga philosophy reading, and discussion. All are welcome!
