Mat Pilates


This class is taught by:
Mat Pilates systematically strengthens the entire core. It encourages the development of long, lean muscles, increased flexibility and joint stability for the whole body.
 
Pilates has so many benefits. Some of the unexpected positive side effects may include: enhanced breath control; relief from joint and back pain; a calmer, more focused mind and improved athletic performance (great for rounding out your yoga practice!)
